Day 9

Well, after being woken up in a hour that shouldn't exist to teenagers, we joined the bikes as our tail winds in pushing us to a 120 mile day.Besides a quick stop in Wolf point before heading up to make camp in the local ice cream stop. Camping by the side of a poll once again seems to have its benefits. Niel, our common sense quickly disappeared as we decide to bike into Minot, even though its been evacuated due to flodding. the trait remains strong my friend.

  1. Minot?? Only a duck would stay in Minot. Or a big-mouth bass perhaps. Hope you outfitted your bike with an outback motor. And a 120 mile day! I knew your sanity would quickly escape you.

Hey, I was gone from Spokane for only a couple of days and my house was ramsacked. My garden hose was strewn across my driveway to prevent entry, newspapers were placed in goofy places and much more. Luckily Ed Drouin came by to chase off the miscreants. Don't you wish you had contracted out with a responsible, college-educated person(s.) Neil

  2. Post from Whitefish. Ice cream as fuel for rapid transportation! Colin,Ian you are geniusiae !!!!! Raw deal about the mosquitoes, called simply 'MYG' in Danish. They are swarming our place too, blood thirsty fiends!!!! Perhaps your scientific mind can find a way to harness their energy too. Keep it up, we are proud of you all .
