Day 12

last night, before I went to bed, I asked my father if we were going through Minot or not. He answered that he didn't know yet. The next morning, I asked the same question, and got the same answer. In fact, as we were leaving the campground, and I asked the question again, I got the exact same answer. It is truly a McCarthy plan. We did travel through Minot. It was amazing to see all the water going over the houses, the lamp posts, and everything in its way. We got interviewed by a news crew, while looking at the flood. The video will be posted here if is found. Another broken spoke and 100 miles later, we end up in Turtle Lake.

    And I thought this was your "Senior Project." I thought you were calling the shots. Has Papa John mutinied??

    I'm with Neil, i thought you were supposed to be planning this trip. Oh well, best laid plans backfire. Do you know who interviewed you? ie abc? I will look for you! I'm still working on the house. wish I was riding. Good luck!!! Barb
